The hosts are incredibly friendly and caring - if you need anything specific, need tips for a trip to the city or surroundings, they're always there to help and chat. Despite the central location of the hotel, its very quiet and perfect for business trips and anyone looking for a calm place to stay. Would come back any time!"

"Great hotel. The only issue is they currently do not have any signs so its easy to accidentally walk past it. Location is very close to both metro and tram line. From Rotterdam central its about 4 stops. For food, you can either order on a app or walk one street over with so many options Clean room with great amenities. Nice big bathroom with rainfall shower head Staff are really helpful. There is also a good luggage storage you can use. Breakfast is very basic ( you can walk to nearby...

"This hotel is slightly off the beaten path for tourists but that’s what made it so great! We felt like locals as we sampled the local restaurants. The canal views were beautiful and everything was spotlessly clean. This boutique stay is far more exquisite than any other hotel. You didn’t come all the way to The Netherlands to stay at a Holiday Inn, did you??"

"We had a great stay here, comfortable room - shout out to Chantelle who helped us when we had a room issue at the start of our trip. She was incredibly helpful and friendly. The sauna and gym were small but clean and had everything you could need. Hotel is in an excellent location, near trains, tram, sites and restaurants."

"Supernova is in a great location: quiet but with lots of options to eat out nearby, and walking distance to the central area. To a person, staff members were lovely: friendly and accommodating. The hotel’s design made the stay feel like a special treat. And Rotterdam itself was a special place, having a calm, relaxed feel but a great city vibe - lots to do and lots to see."
