「I always stay at the Hyatt in downtown Chicago whenever I’m in town for concerts at the United Center—or really anytime I visit the city. The customer service is consistently excellent, with staff who are friendly, attentive, and make everything easy. The location can’t be beat; getting to the United Center is quick and stress-free. I’ve tried other places, but none compare. This hotel has become my go-to in Chicago, and I highly recommend it.

「Hotel could use a refresh. Pool was closed by order of health department a couple days before our stay. Bathroom floor was not totally clean. Windows did not lock—screwed in block of wood had come loose. Stay was still very comfortable and price was reasonable. 」
