"Everything went so smoothly. From the shuttle pick up at the airport (you have to schedule one), to check in and check out, the staff were very kind and pleasant. They even offered us a shuttle ride to the tram station so we could sightsee in town. The room was clean and comfortable and offered all the standard amenities. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for others."

" We never stayed at Sleep Inn and stayed at comfort inn. Sleep inn was overbooked. I was notified and sent to a sister hotel the had no television for a majority of the stay due to an outage. "

"My second pre-airport stay was very nice. The staff are friendly and efficient with my check in and check out. My room was very clean. And the shuttle driver was also excellent. This hotel gives good value for cost and proximity to the airport."

"Shuttle was easy to find however it took a long time for it to arrive at the airport to pick us up. And it wasn’t because of traffic. I saw other companies and their drivers multiple times. The property was well maintained. I was not happy about the cost of parking in the lot. For guests it should be free. "
