The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk person was very helpful and understanding. The breakfast was adequate. The transportation to the airport by shuttle was on time and close. The shuttle drive was very courteous and helpful.

There are 2 surestay hotels in this area which is confusing. The parking at this hotel is very limited. The beds are on frames that are very noisy, there was someone vacuuming outside our room at 8:30am which woke me up. Staff were friendly.

Staff was excellent at providing instructions on getting to the shuttle, friendly and very helpful. Shuttle driver was friendly and quick. Room was surface clean but seemed to be very old and could use some updating. Reserved a a two bed su ite. In the photos it showed a dining table and desk in the living room, but there wasn't either. Cant really complain due to price.
