We waited, rang the doorbell, tried calling the hotel, and after about 12-15 minutes we were let in. The staff member was very apologetic and stated he had been assisting with an emergency. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant. "

"It was so clean and the hosts were so helpful even though this was my first time staying in a home and not a hotel. Everything was super nice and clean. The hosts answered us at times that were inconvient for them when we still needed help. I can't stress enough the hosts and this home were magnificent!"

"Everything was great I booked it online but the check in when I got there seems a bit long to many questions my last stay didn't have all the questions "

"Parking felt safe and easy. Need a key card but can also use digital key. It doesn’t hurt to ask, but depending on room availability like when I checked in. They let me check in early before 3 pm. And honestly, my flight to get to this hotel and this destination of mine left at 6 am. So I was honestly appreciating the early check in. Allowed me to nap. Might’ve been low quality but better than nothing! "
