「I could not go to the hotel by strike on the first day, but I could arrive on second day. However, they DID cancel without telling me despite I already paid for two days!!!Also they accepted with other customers to my room!! Then, they said that you should pay once again if you want to stay today! For worse condition room!!! I explained my situation and complained them...but they never paid back money!!!
Also my friend stayed at this hotel. A cleaning person put all her food she brought her...
「L'hôtel est tout neuf, bien équipé, confortable.
Le personne très sympathique et serviable.
Seul point noir : l'hôtel est construit au bord de l'autoroute.
Il y a des doubles fenêtres pour limiter le bruit, mais forcément on entend un peu (à noter que l'hôtel fournit des bouchons d'oreille)」
「Boa opção para quem vem de viajem de Portugal- Suíça (o nosso caso) fica mais ao menos a meio de caminho e quer descansar a um preço razoável. Na recepção reservaram um restaurante excelente! Chegamos cansados e ser recebidos com a simpatia dos empregados e a ajuda para podermos jantar foi perfeito! Obrigado 」
