「So the positives - the hotel itself was in a good location for what we needed, lovely friendly staff and the room was in excellent condition. The not so positive - the hotel uses the club facilities which was handy with restaurants etc close by and the pool if you wanted to but not quite the same as it being part of the hotel (and not a public pool etc). 「近くのビーチも湖も綺麗でのんびりできる立地です。チェックインの際、路駐して手続きした後、駐車場に入庫するので、ちょっと躊躇しますが、車通りが少ないので大丈夫でした。8月でしたので、海には入れませんでしたが、外でのんびり過ごせてよかったです。」

「Upon arrival the staff at reception was warm and welcoming although when we checked into our room I was far from impressed. Our towels were dirty but had been folded in a way to try and disguise the dirtiness. The bed covers and sheets had stains on them which was appalling and the hot water didn’t work in our room. It says it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel but honestly wouldn’t go past a 1 star. Very disappointed. 」

「評価が良かったのでこちらに決め、3泊しました。 3日目に部屋に戻るとタオル交換とベットメイクは終わっていましたが、清掃されていないようで髪の毛は落ちているし、ゴミ箱にゴミも残ったままでした。 また予約時に宿泊料も精算済だったにもかかわらず、機械でチェックアウトをしようとしたら、差額の支払いが発生していて。フロントで話をしたら、最終的には支払いはなかったのですが、嫌な思いをしとても残念でした。」

「自然を感じる森の中のクラシックなロッジ風のホテルです。設備も最新ではありません。敷地内にはコテージもありました。レンガの壁と木の温もりを感じながら、時間の流れをゆったり感じる部屋でした。ベランダはとても快適でした（灰皿アリ！）。道路に面しているので、たまに通過する車の音は聞こえますが、木々で道路は見えない為、森の中にいる感じがあります。２２時も過ぎるととても静かでした。天気の良い夜は満天の星を見ることが出来るでしょう。レストラン、リカーショップが隣接。ホテル名からはビーチに近い感じを受けますが、アボカビーチまでは車で10分くらい掛かります。（アボカビーチは地名ですw）」

「From the moment we arrived I knew it was going to be a very pleasant experience. The staff were super lovely. The hotel is new and absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious. The complimentary waters were a nice touch. The Brit’s water station outside was nice. The only thing that I could suggest is that the parking cost is included with the room fee as it’s not a cheap place to stay. 」
