「This was my daughter’s Sweet 16 Retreat with two of her friends. We arrived a bit late and our code wouldn’t work but Owner was very quick to help. The girls wanted to change into their suits and go hit the lagoon style pool that my daughter fell in love with which is one of the reasons for booking. To our surprise the pool was completely empty. The following morning close to 8am they started Jack hammering the pool with loud equipment and the balconies were being renovated so we could not use....
