エメラルドコースト のコンドミニアム

「The property overall was very nice. The condo was excellent, very well kept. There are enough pools so you don’t feel crowded and easy access to the beach. The Pelican Cafe has good options for breakfast and lunch. I would definitely choose this location again when visiting Destin. Bob is a great host, his response time to message is great. Overall, very pleased!」

「We had a fabulous stay at this condo. The property was so clean, well kept, and provided everything we needed. The kitchen and bathroom were fabulous. We were worried with it being small, but it was so cozy and well designed. We loved being so close to the beach access and enjoyed our chairs and umbrellas. Will absolutely stay again!」

「We had a great stay. The place was beautiful and had great views of the harbor. It was also located close to everywhere we wanted to go. I loved it. It was clean and very well maintained. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!」

「Everything was wonderful and we’d definitely book with Julie again.」

「We loved the balcony!」

「This place is unbelievable and I will stay here every time I come to Destin. From the front door you have an amazing view and then from every other window/ door you have an amazing view of the ocean. The place was spacious, clean, and had everything you would need to make your trip easier, by yourself or with children, such as laundry detergent, dish soap, coffee, etc. The Pelican Cafe was a great place to eat our breakfast and lunch during the day and it was right in the hotel. There are 3...

「Our condo was very nice. Everything we needed was there. Owner had fast friendly communication. Great resort. Everyone was so friendly. We had an excellent time !」

「I will definitely book this property in the future! Our host was very helpful and immediate in answering any questions that were asked. Beautiful resort and awesome location!」

「Place was great, walking distance to the beach and the complimentary chairs and umbrella were awesome.」

「Not at all what we expected. Looked better in pictures-condo needs lots of updates. Who does the room checks? Very nice view. Lots of noise. Very dated and worn looking..Living room and bedroom TV’s were not operational. Beds were old and very uncomfortable-sheets were thin and worn-no pillowcases in smaller bedroom and no blankets to be found anywhere. The MB shower flooded more than 3 inches due to a clogged/plugged drain. Ugh! For what we paid for an overnight stay here, I feel like we...

「Our stay was everything we hoped it would be! We had a great time」

「It’s beautiful and we will definitely come back. It’s a great spot without having an overcrowded beach. We brought our own ten and set behind the chairs. There were large enough gaps to park the tent with an ocean view. It’s a short walk from the room. We didn’t get in the pool because we only came for two days but it seemed like the kids were enjoying it. I’m already, ready to plan our next trip. Great food options in the area and close to anything you need. This room was clean and we had an...

「Communication pre-trip and throughout with the host was excellent. The AC was excellent and easy to control. With all of the sand in the area, we were amazed at how clean the home was. The location had perfect access to the beach so close. The view of the Gulf from the deck is slight, but it is there! Restaurants, ice cream, and even an acai shop were within walking distance. Great stay!」
