「I did not like that they couldn’t give us a roll of toilet paper. They wanted us to purchase it. Also the shower curtain in the one bathroom had mold on it.」

「Went for a conference, and really enjoyed having this beach front condo so close to everything. Everywhere we chose to go when we weren’t on the beach was within 10 minutes. The condo was great for our family of 4, but we could’ve comfortable had more people with the couch. 」

「We celebrated our 10 year anniversary and it was perfect. The property was great, staff was friendly. Room was exactly as shown and everything we needed. The view was amazing! 」

「Spectacular views of the beach and sounds of the ocean every morning when you wake up and look out the balcony. The condo is right on the beach and the pool was perfect for the kids. All restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions were right on Highway 98 so we never had to travel far. Real Joy Vacations kept in contact from booking, to check in and check out. They answered any and all questions I had. They also have a great Guest Portal to help you navigate your stay. 」

「My husband and I had a wonderful 5 night stay in Pelican L01 bayside. End unit condo had lots of windows and was so easy to walk off the patio to enjoy the lazy river, pool and bay. It was close to the elevator to access the 3rd floor skybridge to cross to the beachside. We enjoyed the umbrella and chairs included during our stay. The condo and property were both beautiful and well maintained. Parking wad easy and always available close to the condo.Meredith was so kind and made everything so...

「We loved it would definitely go back」

「Our stay was great. We found the ease of the condo to be quite helpful with our four young children. The condo was just the right size to wear. Our beach was not overly crowded and we had plenty of space for playing in the sand and also on the shore of the ocean. The condo was great and had everything that our family needed. 」

「This condo has the best views and great location!! The beach chair service was awesome!!! Would stay here again! Only negative for us is the all the mattresses were a little more firm than we like but wasnt a deal breaker.」
