"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the Rio Grande. The padded deck furniture made sitting there very comfortable. The Great Room was very comfortable and the huge table for meals and cards was nice. Having a quality washer and dryer was nice. We really appreciated the unique ceiling fans in each bedroom. The negatives to the place are pretty minor—there was a slight odor when you first come into the house through the front door, there were several spider webs on light fixtures and the twin mattresses downstairs were uncomfortable. We definitely enjoyed our first time in South Fork and would stay here again on any return visits"

"This is a beautiful location and offers great guest experiences with potential to be excellent .A few areas would benefit from attention, particularly the windows and seals, shades, and outdoor decks. Addressing these maintenance details would improve comfort and use, especially the patio furniture and sweeping the decks!With some TLC this VRBO could be elevated to match the setting and beautiful home."
