Summary:
Our newly renovated terraced house in the community of Campo Olivar offers modern comfort on two floors. The lower floor houses a bright living room with air conditioning and wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a WC and laundry room. The upper floor offers three bedrooms and a further shower room. A small garden with a sunny terrace invites you to relax, while the communal pool provides refreshing moments. Ideal for family holidays, for 4 adults and 1-2 children. The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in.
The Space:
Shutters, 4 air conditioners, 2 bathrooms with shower, fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, kettle, large capsule coffee machine, oven, induction hob, microwave, washing machine, etc. Wood-burning fireplace, TV in the living room and also in the bedrooms, Wifi available for free, outdoor furniture + 2 sun loungers + barbecue, communal pool and beautiful terrace. Bed size: 1,80m x 2,00m and a sofa bed.
Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.
The Neighborhood:
Very nice quiet location in Els Poblets, only 700 m from the stone beach Almadrava and approx. 1.2 km from the sandy beach "Les Deveses". Our small city Denia is only 8 km away, but you don‘t have to drive that far, the village of Els Poblets is only 700m away and there you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and much more. The airports in Alicante and Valencia are easily reached via the motorway in an hour each.
Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 10kW is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.
Optional services:
- x1 bed linen and x2 towels extra (large and small towel) at 20€/person.
- x1 pool towel for 10 €/person.
- Price for one dog: €50. For more than one dog, please inquire.
For direct bookings: The first payment, equal to 30% of the total amount (excluding optional extras), is due with the booking confirmation, the balance 30 days before arrival.
