「This place was exactly as pictured. The owner went out of his way to help us check in early and took good care of everything from start to finish. The location is perfect, close to excellent restaurants and attractions and public transportation. We ran the air conditioning for most of our stay, which worked beautifully in cooling the place, but also kept any noise from our ears. The building feels very secure. 「Pros: Very new building/apartment. Kitchen and amenities are great. Rooftop area is nice (great views). Host very responsive. Accessible by bus. Nice to be away from "busier" areas of lower east nice. Cons: Bed a little uncomfortable for two people. 10 minute walk to closest subway.」

「Check-in was pretty easy and the communication with Rikki was great. Kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom is small but that is not a problem. We visited at an incredibly hot time so the air conditioners had a hard time coping but that would have been anywhere. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable and my grandson slept on the futon and had no complaints. We ate breakfast in and got back to the apartment late, so it worked great for us. 」
