"We loved this property but recognize the steep walk up and 55 steps down to our room might not be for everyone. It was just fine for us because the only noise was the sound of waves against the rocks below our room. Also, communication was excellent for us due to problems with Expedia but our hostess patient and helpful. The rooftop patio was lovely with great views of the harbour. The apartment was spacious with very comfortable furniture. "

"I didn’t know what to expect with a resort this ginormous. I tend to like smaller places, but this place was awesome!! We stayed in tower 3 and had a huge living room kitchen and master bedroom. We rented the connecting room for our kids. Both rooms had balconies. We had a huge balcony with a splash pool and an incredible view. They had concierge on every floor and they were extremely kind spoke amazing English. We had access to the 10 hotel pools they golf cart you everywhere or you will get lost. They also had a fast safe gondola that takes you to the beach some of the hotels and to Luda. Over 40 restaurants on the 22k acre property. It’s just nothing you have ever experienced before. We never got bored, stayed 7 nights and prob explored 30 percent of this property. The pools in all the hotels were amazing! They have laundry not in the room but you can buy a cheap card to do your laundry. You can also order groceries delivered to your room! They also had a nice menue for restaurant food to be delivered to your room. I took so many videos because it was just incredible and I’m not a big video person. If you aren’t big on leaving a resort this is your place to go. We left the resort twice by cab(btw the cabs are very safe and most spoke English) but kind of thought why did we leave? They have all these cool decks you can walk all over the place over ponds etc. They also have pickleball and a really nice golf course. They are opening the amusement park portion in October 2026"

"The rooms were great. Staff was very helpful. All the food was great. The beach was beautiful. Can’t wait to come back. No wrist bands, which is great. Stayed a few nights in the suite with balcony and one night with the walk up pool. I’m definitely doing the walk up pool again. 🙏🙏"

"The staff was nice, friendly and really helpful, the food tasted amazing, the buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner were delicious no complaints. The bars were nice and had all kinds of drinks, the pool was clean and had good vibes. Room service were really nice and helpful, the rooms were really clean and had everything, the only problem was the AC that unfortunately it broke down but they immediately repair but it wasn’t the same, I can say that they fixed by bringing us a fan which it helped alot. Other than that 10/10 recommended."

"Overall the my hold experience was superb. The staff was helpful in every aspect of the property. The Restuarants Chefs and Staff went out, and cook and served what ever order do to diateries health. The food was delicious. Bar tender prepare cocktails to my libation list. The specialties restuarant are phenomenal I highly recommend."
