「“I had a fantastic stay at Velto Serene. Luis, the manager, and the staff were amazing—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The view of the lake and nature was stunning, the room was cozy, and the jacuzzi was a treat. The chefs made great food, and the free breakfast was a nice touch. If you’re looking for a peaceful place in Guatapé, this is perfect—and I’d give it more than five stars if I could!” I will be backfor sure😊」

「The views are breathtaking. Nature at its best. Breakfast was included and was very tasty. The hot tub was a plus and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. I would definitely return.」

Many small/medium inconveniences but...

「Quiero agradecer a la anfitriona Yamile de Altos del Sion por su excelente atención. Fue muy amable, atenta y siempre muy formal. Nos hizo sentir bien recibidos desde el primer momento. 「Good staff and clean」

「Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y no había agua.」

「The property is beautiful but the breakfast is just okay. The amenities if you have a room up top the amenities are completely at the bottom and if you have any fear of heights I wouldn't recommend staying here. However the property is beautiful and it is in the very remote location」
