「This hotel is absolutely stunning. The staff were remarkably friendly. The art is vibrant and alive with Costa Rican culture. We arrived early and we were greeted with luggage storage, restroom facilities, and absolute kindness. Our room was very spacious and decorated with modern beauty. We had a private balcony with pool access. The pools were clean with sparkling water. The breakfast cooked to order was delicious and had large portions. 「This place is a Jim, I was so glad to have booked this hotel. It is a bit up the hill, but the view is phenomenal and the staff was amazing and dedicated to make sure my stay was perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable, the pillows were fluffy, the air conditioning worked great, the rooms were big with a private patio, the shower was super clean. I definitely recommend and I will go back for sure.」

「We reserved a room at this location, however we were switched to ZenZaru same ownership. At KiKaru the grounds were not maintained and the pool was unusable/not clean. When we arrived at ZenZaru the location was very inconvenient. You had to go down approximately 100 steps to get to the rooms. There is no reception area, no rest area/lounge. The room was recently finished but not complete. The bathroom/shower was large and comfortable, however the extreme hot water was not adjustable and poor...

「This is a hidden gem amongst the crowd of choices in Manuel Antonio. You will see more wildlife here than walking though the park. (Still go to the park!) The entire staff is are incredible example of Costa Rican hospitality. Treat this as your home. You will read in other reviews about a loud street. If you have ever done any traveling abroad, the noise is nothing that will keep you up. 」
