「With VIP I asked for upgrade. They said they had 1 upgrade room left and would charge $50. Even asked the manager. Was told that Expedia doesn’t really hold much weight. Just thought I’d pass it aling」

「No hot water in the shower and when I called front desk and asked they said there should be hot water. Need to let the water run for a bit to get hot water. Never got hot water waited 15 min with the shower on and nothing 」

「My host was such a sweetheart, she provided complimentary dinner and the fridge came with food and snacks that she prepared for me and the kids. She is really sweet, even went as far as buying clothing for my nieces and cooking delicious dinner for us. This place is 100% kid friendly and it even comes with a playground for your children. My nieces had so much fun on the playground. The place is very cute and cozy, it comes with a shower, washer/dryer, sink/small kitchen/fridge and even a patio....
