"Onsen is located on a river and surrounded by nature. Very picturesque. The food served was excellent, traditional cuisine, lots of variety, and plentiful. I appreciated the free shuttle service from the train station to the onsen, this needs to be arranged beforehand through the expedia booking platform. The room was clean. Facilities could benefit from upgrades. "

"Check-in very quick and user friendly. Room, while small, was clean and laid out well. Especially enjoyed the onsen on the 9th floor. Close to the train station too."

"Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Helpful staff and nice breakfast. Location is a good area just not much going on. Asuwayama Park worth the 15 minutes walk away. Definitely recommend!"
