Onsen was nice, room was large/well maintained, and the buffet style food was surprisingly good. The exterior around the property needs some work, but once you’re inside you couldn’t care less.

夕食も朝食も食べ放題プランでしたが、今までで1番クオリティが高く良かったです。 食べ放題にありがちなフライドポテトや唐揚げのような物はなく一品一品がすごく丁寧に仕上がっていました！朝食も地元の物も沢山あり、おにぎりも握ってくれました！最高の朝食！バナナスムージーには感動しました！ お風呂も清潔で、こまめに掃除されているのがわかります。 お部屋も細部まで綺麗でした！ スタッフの方も近づいて行くとすぐに笑顔で対応してくれて、3ヶ月に一度ほど旅行に行ってますが、ここ最近で1番全てに置いて良かったです。 ラウンジでは日本酒やワイン、おつまみが夜無料でいただけました！ 日本酒用の器も陶器で良かったです。 本当に素晴らしいホテルです！ 必ずまた行きます。

ウェルカムドリンクあり、朝夕のバイキングは良くある定番のものだけでなく、特色のあるものがあったり、お刺身もぷりぷりで美味しかったです。朝は目の前でおにぎりを握ってくれたり。 とてもお得に泊まれて良い旅行になりました。

子連れで泊まらせていただきました。 設備はリフォームされており、綺麗でしたが、ベランダ等は古いままでカーテンを開けるとひどい状態でした。料理を楽しみにして行きましたが、美味しくいただけたものももちろんありましたが、白米などが冷めた状態で、提供されてるのは残念でした。 更に、席に通された時に、明らかにテーブルに食べカスが落ちているのにも関わらず、どうぞと着席を促されました。テーブルを拭いてください。とお願いをして、乱雑に拭いていただきました。(拭き直しました。) 忙しいのは理解できますが、あんまりかなと。。。 また夏休み期間中に連泊をしたのですが、子供の水筒を洗ってもらえるか伺ったら「そういったサービスはしておりません。」と断られました。 ビジネスホテルなどの最低限のサービスしか提供しないような場所と変わらないんだな。と思いました。 色んな場所を子供達と旅をしましたが、初めてこんな断り方をされました。

館内全体的に見ればキレイに見えますし、客室もキレイに清掃されていましたが、チェックアウト時ロビーのカウンターテーブルが手垢べったりでかなり汚いことに気付きました。 その旨フロントへ伝え「拭くものを下さい」の申し出にダスターを手渡され、私が拭く羽目に。 確かに拭くものが欲しいとは言いましたが、宿泊した施設のテーブル掃除を客がするなんて聞いたことも見たこともなく、驚きと同時にかなり不愉快な気持ちになりました。 ロビーに居合わせた他の宿泊客もこちらの様子を見て本当に汚いよね…と仰っていました。 食事もお風呂も良く、楽しく過ごした時間がこの出来事で最悪な気分に… 本当に残念です。

家族旅行で利用しました。 海鮮好きな我が家にとって、夕食ビュッフェで牡蠣をたくさん食べることができ大満足。 そのほかのメニューもお寿司やお刺身、鰻など、海鮮が中心。 品数豊富で、美味しくいただけた。 アルコールもフリードリンクだったらよかった。 もしくは、ノンアルビールがあると嬉しい。 朝食も品数があり、注文して握ってもらえるおにぎりはフワッとして美味しかった。 パンとコーヒーは、美味しくなくて残念。 夜は、卓球やダーツ、ビリヤードなど楽しい時間が過ごせる。有料でカラオケも可能。 芝政ワールド帰りでの一泊でしたが、遠すぎることもなかったので、是非また利用したいです。
