The Drummond Duplex Residence is a beautiful 3-bedroom apartment in Edinburgh city centre.
A beautiful third-floor duplex 3-bedroom mezzanine apartment quietly situated close to the City Centre, within a converted Victorian school building.
This charming, rear-facing third-floor flat features a spacious and bright living room with a flat-screen TV, a double sofa, and complimentary WiFi available for guests.
The open plan kitchen is equipped with an integrated oven, hob, extractor hood, washing machine, and fridge/freezer, along with a dining table and chairs for five guests.
The apartment boasts three comfortable bedrooms with the master bedroom offering plentiful storage with double mirrored wardrobes. The contemporary shower room includes a power jet shower.
Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties.
Drummond Street runs between South Bridge and The Pleasance, offering convenient access to the University and the City Centre. Nearby South Clerk Street and Nicolson Street provide an excellent range of local shops, and the location is ideal for access to cinemas, concert halls, theatres, and other local attractions.
The open green spaces of the Meadows and Holyrood Park are within easy walking distance, and the property is well served by buses to and from the City Centre, which is also easily accessible on foot.
A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00, it is always worth contacting the property manager, who will endeavor to give you access as soon as possible.
Check-in after 19:00 is possible, subject to availability and prior arrangement.
The following late check-in fees will be charged in cash:
19:00 until 22:30 GBP 15
22:30 until 00:00 GBP 30
00:00 until 02:00 GBP 50
The latest departure time is 11:00, but a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day, subject to no existing booking arriving that day.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.
Check-in is from 4pm, and check-out is before 11am.
