The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the front desk staff were professional, warm, and efficient. The food was absolutely great, the location is perfect, and the overall service was outstanding throughout my stay. A special shout-out to Tanisha HC, who was one of the best hosts I’ve ever experienced—friendly, attentive, and genuinely made my stay memorable. "We arrived early and even though the room was not ready checking in was very courteous, friendly an professional. Our front desk person even traveled out to where we were relaxing near the pool bar lounge to let us know the room was ready and provided us with the room keys. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool area and the view of the Kingston downtown. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and more than we had expected with courteous staff. Overall a great stay and we plan on staying at the Pegasus on future trips."
