"The beds were average, especially the pillows, atmosphere was clean and friendly, safe place to stay, the toilets in the unused rooms can have ants in the toilets (really not that big of a deal), the water is HORRIBLE (tastes like iron or something), the free cookies are nice, the tv and having barely any channels is bad for a huge hotel, and overall a 7/10."

"We’ve stayed here multiple times and normally the facilities are fine, however when we arrived an 18 wheel was in the parking lot with its generator on. It stayed there all night and kept the entire hotel up. It finally let early in the morning at about 5am. This was unacceptable for anyone staying at the hotel."

"Lovely home in a lovely area. Cape Charles is to die for ! The host does everything possible to make the process and stay easy. The only reason I didn’t give all 5 stars is that the photos never showers the main stair case which was challenging for my older parents and would be for anyone with mobility, balance or strength challenges. Aside from that, it’s really as close to a perfect beach trip as can be!"
