「A great one night stay on my way up to Scotland. Fabulous hospitality and made to feel very welcome. Had a peaceful night's sleep. Janice cooks a mean omelette for breakfast and enjoyed my packed lunch. Lovely estuary walking and lots of nature reserves in the area. Would stay again if in the area.」

「Nice guest house,clean, close to town. Good breakfast the lady serving was very helpful. Only downside you couldn't leave your suitcase in the morning whilst popping to town before catching the coach.」

「Beautiful place, near busy junction only downfall but was quite tbh with windows closed. Other room noise- none at all. Shops across the street and dominos. Food was banging i had liver and onions, good prices. If staying in area for work, great stay! Could do with pint of milk in room as making your cereal from satchet milk is hard work lol. Deffo recommend for work.」

「I stayed for one night and appreciated having an affordable place close to the station, with plenty of shops nearby. I was also happy to find a kettle with coffee and tea, which made for a fresh and pleasant morning. The only downside was that there was no hand soap or shampoo provided, which would have made the stay more comfortable. Overall, I’m satisfied with what I received for the price and happy with my stay」

「The room was not serviced on two days out of four - the reason given was that the housekeeper did not work those days. The restaurant was closed for evening meals at short notice. The entrance door was closed and locked early in the evening and my keys did not work on occasions.」

「The property is dated, and the facilities in the room are not of a great standard. I was in a top floor room on a very hot day, no air con, no fan and the window was prevented form owning more than an inch (I understand as there was a large drop on the other side). But the room should not be bookable when temperatures rise. A staff member found a fan but made me feel like an annoyance for asking for a fan or the availability of an alternative room. A dated hotel with a dated approach to customer...

「レイクの観光前に泊まりました。建物は値段相応ですが、スタッフの対応が高級ホテルのような感じで満足しました。 郊外の村にあるホテルで、周辺の綺麗な川沿いの散歩をお勧めします。ローカル駅、趣ある橋、昔のお城のような邸宅が穴場でした。」
