"Great Service in a good location."

"This property is in very poor condition. We reserved three rooms and each of the rooms were n shabby shape. The hallway reeked of smoke and each room had significant functional deficiencies such as broken toilets, broken faucets, broken cabinets and a broken showerhead. The rooms were dirty and generally not safe to occupy. We did not expect high end, but we did expect a functional and tidy room."

"Roaches, bugs everywhere. Pure nasty and should be shut down. Only sketchy people stay there! I wish i would have looked at the reviews silly me! Gross! Expedia should be ashamed helping this place! I want my money back now!!!!! I will get my money. False advertisement for sure!"

"Bathroom floor torn up, Shower curtain rod torn out of wall, reinstalled haphazardly., nose nuggets on various walls, floor dirty, door weatherstrip torn.Very dim lighting. I stayed a few years ago and maintenance has been lax. I was in a room with two dogs , but still not acceptable"

"Excellent place to stay in downtown . The hotel is historic a rich past. Don't expect that "new hotel" look & feel, the building is gracefully aged and helps one step back in time! Very good for the money."

"I think everything is what would expect. Everything was clean breakfast was what said coffee all day. Room was clean plenty of towels and the replaced our remote in less then 10 minutes when we reported it didn’t work. "
