「Great hotel. We stayed here once on our way from NY to FL and loved it so much we made it a point to stay again on our way back from FL to NY. The staff are absolutely amazing, super friendly, helpful and very welcoming, Jayden was particularly nice and he always greeted us with a big smile which really helps make your day. The rooms are well maintained and very clean. The location is great since it is just a few minutes off I-81, located just behind a plaza offering multiple restaurants and...

「This Hampton Inn is one of the best I've stayed in. All the facilities were very clean and well taken care of. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay at this property again when in the area.」

The mentioned complementary...

「Place was dirty outside and well maintained outside at all. The place was noisy all night.」

「I didn’t stay, when I went into the room I saw the insect walking on the wall.」

「Booked a suite but day of they called and said only had a regular room available. Breakfast is decent, but hot options (eggs, sausage) only on weekends. Room isn’t cleaned every day, which is fine, but had to ask for washcloths and coffee (don’t have any). Room ok but peeling paint, generally dingy and needs upgraded. Cockroach in bathroom one night. Noisier than other hotels - from hallway. Door don’t seem to block much noise. Of approximately 10 hotels we have stayed in last 10 years,...
