「Anthony was very prompt hen I communicated with him. He was very cordial too.The place was very clean and homey.It was nice of him to have the little packs that contained a toothbrush, tooth paste, and a comb. Also supplied shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion.Totally enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back gain in the future.」

「Wonderful property with spectacular views. Quiet and cozy. Cottage has amenities above and beyond expectations with adequate snacks, morning beverages, dishes, games, and comfy bedding. We spotted elk, deer, turkey, and bunnies on the property and loved watching the sunrise and moonrise above the valley mountains. Property is the most dog friendly property we have visited. We kept our pup on leash as he would have run off in the sunset with a bunny he spotted, but they do allow dogs off leash...

「The apartment was as described and in the perfect location for our trip. Just a few blocks from Manito Park and close to a lot of restaurants. I highly recommend!」

「This is the cutest riverside getaway! We stayed in August with our dogs and Rocky was a wonderful host! We even had to cut our trip short but Rocky was so understanding and made everything smooth for us. This would be a great home base for a couples floating trip or a solo fly fishing trip. The hot tub was nice and relaxing. It’s a little slice of nature with all of the amenities Spokane has to offer. 」

「Second time staying here. Love the big deck and the large rooms. The location is perfect for adventures on the South Hill. Looking forward to staying here again. Don’t miss the Little Euro cafe just across the street. Excellent place for breakfast or lunch. Extremely happy with our stay!」

「Our short stay was great! Super clean and perfect for 2 people. Parking is a bit challenging but manageable. We had a minor issue with one of the remotes for the heating and cooling machine, which was taken care of immediately. I would stay there again!」

「Clean, cozy, and comfortable! Just a couple blocks from the river front, which was great. Neighborhood itself felt a little seedy, but the building felt very safe. I'm sure the neighborhood is actually fine; I was just a woman traveling solo so was a bit more cautious.」
