「The good and then the bad. Very friendly counter staff. Clean room. Decent breakfast fare. Now to the bad. Or door did not shut all the way unless you pushed it and then it did not lock other than the flip lock. The bathroom door could not latch at all. The beds were hard but the pillows were fine. My daughter left her retainer there in the case and they threw it away instead of turning it in to lost and found. Would not go back.」

We go back get another key to another room and there was someone in that room when we opened the door — some guy that we “think” worked there but was dressed in basketball clothing — he left and the room was soo dirty . We did not feel safe so asked to cancel as we were not going to stay after all of this. They said ok but Expedia will have to refund you - I hope someone...
