When we checked, the staff were not wearing anything indicating that they were part of the hotel staff as they were wearing regular clothes. After we had checked in, we went to our room. We did not have hand soap in the room nor did they have any in stock on the property. The pool was closed as they did not have the proper cleaning supplies to clean the pool. They did not had very little to offer for breakfast and the same goes for coffee. The vending machines were mostly empty.

The hotel appeared grossly understaffed. We tried to check into our room in the evening, and it was not ready. The hotel room was filthy. The carpet in the hallways were filthy. My wife put on a brand new pair of socks, and collected dirt on the bottoms while walking in her socks within our room. The TV did not work due to the modem missing its power cord. Sad to give this review, since this hotel is within a smaller community, but was just shocking.

2 days in a row no staff available (upon check-in and when replacing a key card). 20 minutes to be assisted when they were just down the hall in a room-they were not busy as there were hardly any guests...breakfast was subpar to say the least and same items 2 days in a row.

Took 20 mins for anyone to get to front desk to get us checked in. Then after going to room found out pool was closed, no working laundry, and no ice. Bathroom had hair all over and there was trash and pieces of plastic or something on floor clearly not vacuumed. Chatted with expedia rep and they tried to call hotel asking for refund and got no answer. We slept as it was a long day of travel got up to eat breakfast and they didnt have anything there except a couple apples. Very upset with stay and feel a refund or big discount should be given. We reserved hotel for pool, laundry, ice, and breakfast and none was available. Please help.

Needs significant updates; hole through sheetrock in bathroom shower, outdated, breakfast was supposed to be open at 6 but didn’t until 7 and even then the warmed up food was mediocre at best.

This location is either in need of a deep clean or new carpet and furniture. Side door latch is broke, no one at front desk, breakfast (might as well go to the Kwip Stop up the road), no amenities in bathroom, no even hand soap. Towels need to be replaced with new.

Toilet broken when we got there my husband fixed it, ice machine was broken, only had 1 outlet for 4 items so we had to unplug the fridge to use the microwave, light or coffee pot, it was dirty, dusty on headboards, ink pen stains on pillows, breakfast was cold for hot items. The pool area had no towels and was not clean it had stuff sitting all over. I would not stay there again.

Night manager was non existent. Looked for them for over a hour. Swimming pool unlocked changing room dirty. Found our reg paper and room key. Was going to room when a single woman came. Unable to find her registration or key. Between the 2 of us we had called and left multiple messages with no answer. Finally found him walking in the hallway. At the desk we asked why he hadn’t answered the phone. When he pulled it out of his pocked it stated “You have 11 missed calls” he glanced at it and shoved it back in his pocket. No apology given. We both noticed that he smelled of Alcohol.

Worst place I have stayed. No one at the check-in/out desk. Waited 20 minutes to check in. Then key card didn’t work. Attire was off putting. Looked liked they had just gotten out of bed. Snack machine practically empty, no toiletries in bathroom (soap, Kleenex, toilet paper), carpet dirty and room very stuffy and towels thin and grungy. Hair stuck in sink. Didn’t take advantage of morning breakfast. Coffee awful. Booked over hotel.com. Should be removed from one of their options. Would like a refund but know that won’t happen.

Our bathroom floor and tub was full of pubic hair- not cleaned. Housekeeping came in a wiped it down with a wet mop. How’d a little. Breakfast was about an hour later than the time posted and very slim pickings.
