「The room was clean, but we did not have water and when it was ‘fixed’, we had cold water but no hot water. Plumbers fixed at 12:30am. They put the sheetrock back up with duct tape and did not clean up their mess. The pool was not open to use. Our party did not stay the second night we had booked because of the water issues and lack of help from front desk. We were told that if we had to use the restroom, we just had to wait.」
