Rooms were clean and well maintained. Bed and pillows were comfy and it was a good sized room. There was no lake so the name Lakeview was confusing.

We travel to Madison regularly, and we have always stayed here. As we get older, comfortable beds has been a priority. Unfortunately, on this trip, our bed was hard as a rock and lopsided. We ended up in one of the rooms for the hearing impaired (which is great that they provide this kind of accessibility for this invisible handicap, and I am hearing impaired.), and the only problem was the terrible bed. Other than that, staff was friendly, everything was clean and tidy. We will keep staying here, but I will make sure we don't book an accessibility room.

Staff were helpful. Didnt like that i wasnt able to pay the $30 incidental fee with cash especially when they had no problem with me paying cash for my room ($212). But was able to figure it out so no worries.
