"I don't understand why this place has positive reviews. It shows up as it would be a hotel, but there is no concierge or anyone to greet you-and no one spooke any English. There was no opportunity to get security because there was no information about anything. There was no way to lock the door to the room, and as a single woman traveling alone, I felt incredibly unsafe. I pushed the chair against the door with all of my suitcase. That is Seth. At least I would hear if somebody was coming in....

"We had a restful stay at Domus Olbia Inn, the aircon, bed and shower was all we needed! Had a TV too for late night cartoons. Other reviews say they were bothered by the closeness to a busy road but honestly with the shutters closed I didn’t hear anything. We couldn’t get the shower head to stay up fully but that’s the only criticism. Beautiful courtyard to eat and relax in too. "

"It is hard to find anything bad about this place. We were in the suite on the terrace which is absolutely fantastic. I imagine if it pretty hit in the summer, but we were fine in October. It won’t be for you if you can’t manage lots of stairs as it’s a good way up to get in. But if you can manage then it’s a great place to stay. Breakfast is a good selection, the beds are comfortable. "The house is very nice. The only problem for us was that they don’t clean the room every day and they didn’t say, so when we came back it was all messy. Also the day we were leaving we forgot the keys inside and we had to wait for a hour so that the staff can contact someone else inside so they could open us. So in case of emergency there is no one close by the property to help out. "

"Die Apartments sind schön groß, haben zwei Balkone zwei Schlafzimmer und eine gut ausgestattete Küche, alles ist top eingerichtet das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit bei allen Problemen, Apotheke oder Starthilfe fürs Auto. Preis Leistung, einfach empfehlenswert!"

"Good location to beach and restaurants. House with 6 units. Location manager nice and friendly, only downside was asking for additional money for second person even agreement and permission was cleared before takeover of room. Room had in one corner mold on the curtain and wall due to moisture from outer wall. "

"Positives were late check in, nice kitchen, owner tried to be helpful. Negatives were drive going into it was washed out and like a two track, hard to find, dangerous driveway exiting, poor bed (sags into middle), chemical order on sheets and they were stained."

"Amazing! A true little gem 5 minutes away from the noise of the city centre! Absolutely beautiful little hotel, big double room, fab decor, amazing service, snacks and water provided and amazing care taken in making sure we were happy. We forgot to take an iron and this was bought for us which literally saved us from a disaster. Do not be dragged into the hype of bigger hotels when small gems like this are just as good- if not better! "
