Great location close to the airport with walkable places to eat at and a nearby grocery store. The room was quiet and clean and very restful with great air conditioning and a surprise.. nice big balcony. It is a wonderful place for the price! Very happy with my choice.

It would be helpful to read in the confirmation, that the instructions, how to access the room will be sent via Whatsapp. I was waiting for an Email, as announced and missed the Whatsapp message, that explains everything.

Big spacious room, close to the airport and bof far from the bus stop. Basic accommodation but good for a nights stay to get too and from the airport. However do not expect any customer service or advise. I emailed to advise what time we would arrive and asked if there was a taxi service they could recommend that had car seats for a baby as we were arriving late. I received a reply just telling us the key was left in the mailbox and to leave money for the tax on the table before we left.

Close to the airport, but could be better

This place is very close to the airport and in a good neighborhood. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Price is affordable for Olbia. But the suite did not look like the photos at all and was quite poor overall. The furnishings are minimal and not up to standards. The couch is badly stained and Wi-Fi does not work in the bedroom. Mini fridge was unplugged and did not keep things cold once plugged in. I would probably not stay here again and pay a few more $$ to stay in a quality accommodation. This place could be much better with a modest investment by the owner.

Das Zimmer war top. Grosser Balkon.Die Kopfkissen leider gar nicht. Überdecke war sehr schmutzig. Lage mindestens 40 Minuten vom Zentrum zu Fuss entfernt.

Vi skulle kun have en overnatning. Det var okay til det, sengene i opholdsrummene, var rigtig dårlig at ligge i, her kunne man mærke brædderne i sengene. Dobbelt sengen i soveværelset var okay. Det var selvservice check ind, da vi selv skulle hente nøglerne et sted. Der er ikke så meget i området, men en bager var der. Vi brugte stedet da vi ankom meget sent og det lå tæt på lufthavnen. så vi ikke skulle bruge så meget transport tid. Meget svært at finde et hotelværelse i Olbia.

Bei unserer Ankunft schüttete es aus Eimern, wir hatten keine Ahnung, wo und wie man eincheckt, weil es vorab keine Nachricht vom Gastgeber gab. Über Umwege haben wir ihn dann telefonisch erreicht, er hatte die Reservierung scheinbar vergessen. Zimmer sind für zwei Personen riesig, allerdings schmutzig und teilweise katastrophal verarbeitet. Unsere Balkontür schloss nicht ganz, weshalb es immer einen Windzug gab. Weit außerhalb vom Zentrum. Das einzig positive war der günstige Preis. Würde es dennoch nicht noch einmal buchen.

Hele prettige communicatie met de manager! Erg flexibel wat betreft in- en uitchecken wat onder andere erg fijn is als je een vlucht moet halen. De kamer en badkamer troffen wij erg netjes en schoon aan. Ook heeft het een fijne locatie ten opzichte van het gezellige centrum van Olbia én het vliegveld. Al met al: super tevreden.

Da evitare

Esperienza negativa. Prenotate 2 junior suites da 35 mq con letto matrimoniale + divano letto con balcone + servizio e con angolo salotto, ma siamo stati relegati in una topaia da massimo 10 mq che nulla aveva a che fare con le foto pubblicate. Niente balcone, addirittura un solo letto a cassetto a scomparsa che occupava praticamente tutta la stanza, nessun armadio, mini frigorifero che non sfreddava, mancanza di tende, pulizia veramente scarsa. Ho lamentato il tutto, ma mi è stato detto dalla referenze che questo era quanto. Assolutamente inconcepibile. Nice, clean, good place

We had a very nice stay. The place was clean, checkin was pleasant and easy, ditto with checkout. It was a 15 minute walk to downtown which was not far at all!
