「Property was largely as described. We thought it listed a washer/dryer but didn’t see one on property. The location was great for being close to downtown NOLA. Nice room arrangement for a family of five, especially with two bathrooms. Very clean and tidy. Kitchen was one of the most well stocked we have had in a VRBO. The only downside was that there were bad temporary guests upstairs, which made for an unpleasant night, but the owner was very helpful and quick to sort it out. Would definitely...

「We are always returning customers to these little chateaus and have never had trouble. This time, the bedding hadn’t been washed and had pet hair all over both couches. The cups on the counter had spider webs on them and the floors hadn’t been swept or mopped. The power went out at 10:30am and didn’t come back on until 8:30pm.
