「Es una excelente propiedad. Riccardo es muy amable e incluso nos brindó recomendaciones sobre restaurantes y sitios de interés. La limpieza fue destacable. Definitivamente nos quedaremos aquí cuando regresemos a Bologna.」

「I have never stayed such as a comfortable hostel. All rooms, even the toilet and shower, have airconditioner that I was very surprised. And you do not need a key for an individual small valuable case that was also surprised. While staying I have never felt what makes me uncomfortable.」

「アパートメントタイプであり、荷物をチェックイン前に預けるのは難しいかと思ったが、 事前に連絡してお願いしたところ快く調整いただけた。水回りの清潔感も今回のイタリア旅ではトップクラス。周辺には美味しいお店もたくさんあり、夜には宿周辺も活気がある。（音は気にならない）」

「Excellent spacious and clean Was a bargain」

「Location was really really nice in a residential area surrounded by typical Italian buildings. Loved it after the hectic old town. The apartment has only two rooms and that’s it. We were 5 of us. The kitchen is good, however the chairs are not so comfortable. Also there would be nice to have a seating area and not have the convertible small beds as beds all the time. Nevertheless it was a really nice place. Would recommend it. 」
