"The room was very comfortable and roomy. Just a few suggestions. In the bathroom, there needs to be some wall grips in the bathroom area. The toilet sits low so some people may need to extra help. In the shower, the floor is very slippery so some kind of mantis needed. "

"We’ve stayed here many times and keep coming back because it’s been great experiences. This trip had some hiccups. Our family hung out Friday night in the lobby and the bar was closed. That was disappointing. I had planned on working over the weekend but the wifi was down the entire time. That was huge. There was only one elevator, which wasn’t a big deal to me since I never use it but my husband spent time waiting for it. The place was full this weekend. The coffee was room temp each morning....

"Employee at front desk was extremely welcoming and nice to talk to. We have stayed there many times. I want to point out that sign in our room on dish washer was very old informing us that the dishwasher was out of order. Must have decided not to fix dishwashers this year. Also ice maker didn’t work. Cable service was very bad and remote barely worked at all. Very dated system. Place needed upgraded but it was cleaner than usual so that’s an improvement. Appreciated the staff making up the bed...
