「The staff during breakfast was rude when my son accidentally let cereal pour out of the container. He wasn’t running around getting into stuff he was a child simply who made a mistake and he acted like it was the end of the world having to scoop some cereal into the trash can.」

「We love this hotel. We stop on our way to Texas and on our way back to Minnesota! The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are polite and knowledgeable. We love the location as it is in walking distance to food and shopping. We will be back!」

「廻りにレストランも無く、ホテルにカジュアルなレストランとステーキレストランがあるだけででした。ホテル自体は設備も普通に良かったし、スタッフも親切で快適に過ごせました。 」

「Room was clean and nice. Hot tub was good. Breakfast was ok-hot things were a little cool, but still good.」

「Staff did not pick up dirty towels and did not leave clean towels. Always had to go to the front desk for clean towels」

「天候が悪く、嵐のような日だったにも関わらず、快く対応してもらいました。次回、ホテルを予約する時には、タウンプレイス系列を予約したいと思いました。」

「This is a brand new hotel so it’s very nice and clean. I hope the owners maintain it and keep it this way! Very nice overall.」

「The pros: Pillows were comfortable despite being small. Bed was comfortable Room was clean The cons: The property could use an update Only 3 sets of towels, rags in the bathroom The extra door lock didn't work for our room. Had to try the key card several times before it opened the door. Pool water was really cold No towels in pool area as racks were empty. My kids didn't like the breakfast as as the extra lock on door didn't work, no towels in the pool area, water was very cold」

「Always great when I stay here!」
