"This is our second time staying here. My mother-in-law is in assisted living so we come here for the holidays. Every place we needed to go was 10 minutes away. There's a Quick Trip, a Scoote'rs, a breakfast place and a restaurant all conveniently walkable across the parking lot so you don't have to wait for a family members to get up or borrow the car You can just do what you want. They had magical decorations. It was very festively decorated for Christmas. Breakfast isn't free but they did make me a custom omelette. We usually eat at Another Broken Egg but it was Christmas Day so I had a really good omelet downstairs. They have classic arcade video games, a pool table and nice bar. They have a sunk in living room w/ a fireplace and big screen TV with tall windows with great sunlight even in the winter. There are multiple places to dine or hang out on the decorative furniture where you can invite local family or friends to visit with you. It's a great place to just hang out in the lobby. It feels very upscale. The people are always pleasant. The beds are comfortable and I like the modern style bathroom. They have lemon infused water downstairs and they even had a hot chocolate bar. We look forward to coming back next year."

"The hosts were very kind and welcoming. The communication was excellent. I received immediate answers to all of my questions. The house was clean and ready. The only negative (and I did not drop the rating due to this, because it would only affect a small percentage of people), this house is described as wheelchair accessible. I am in a wheelchair and was excited to find this listing. However, the ramp in the garage has a much larger amount of grade than the ADA limit. My husband could not push me up the last third of the ramp. My daughter finally came in the garage to help push, or we would not have made it. Once we got in the house, we found that my wheelchair would not go through the door to the master bedroom. I switched to my walker, and it went into the bedroom, but not the bathroom. Please be aware of this if you have mobility access needs. "
