"We were in town to attend the Tulsa Irish Fest. This hotel was conveniently located staff was great, breakfast was great, room was great. We had family come over for a break from the heat and there was plenty of room for us. The room was a king bed with a couch and chairs area, each area had its own tv. We will stay here again for the next TIF."

"The breakfast might be amazing but I wouldn't know because as soon as it opened there were no plates or silverware . Also only having 3 elevators and no stairway access it takes 45 mins to get an elevator that isnt full. Also meal seating was a huge issue and it is obvious that the head chef and hotel staff do not work well for the benefit of guests. "

"Reserved a suite but was told that one wasn’t available at check in. She said they didn’t have to abide by my reservation because it wasn’t made on their site. After some back and forth, they suddenly had a suite available. The room itself was dirty. The bathtub was stained blue. There was used soap with hair on it. The couch had stains on it. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. The gym was full of very nice equipment, although I didn't get to actually use any of it. I did see people enjoying it. Good hearty breakfast with just about anything you could ask for. Nice staff in kitchen area too."

"It was beautiful there, but we didn’t have TV the whole to e we were there and when I called front desk they told me they would fix it and call me back. Never happened. When I called back they said the same thing. I heard people on the gym saying theirs was out too. Then the front desk guy was no help at all and not very friendly at check out. "
