"Everything was clean. The toilet made a loud noise when flushed and not a lot of room to hang wet towels. It was conveniently located to the convention center and the black Wall Street museum. I would stay there again. "

"This is not a 5 star hotel. I’m sorry. The room was nice. A/c did not work well at all. Was on the 8th floor. The bathrooms and room were very dim and dark. Zero lights. Wife had a hec of a time getting ready/ makeup ect. The makeup light did not work it’s that dark in there. The hotel grounds were filthy. They didn’t vacuum or clean the vestibule at all the 3 days we were there. The restaurant food was just ok. Nothing great at all. Just expensive food with zero flavor. The main lobby had huge stains on the rugs. Staff was friendly at the front but really wasn’t over the top 5 Star customer service. "
