「I enjoy staying here.」

「This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment we checked in, there were constant issues. We had to switch rooms multiple times due to a broken bed and being assigned a non-smoking room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The amenities were also disappointing. The pool was unavailable for use, and there was no gym, ice machine broken despite what we expected. Breakfast was another frustration. It was advertised from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., but the staff would close...

「The staff was awesome and very friendly. The woman who checked us in and the night shift dude, he was cool. I can't remember his name, dang it, because he was awesome and he just seemed so happy to be at work. What bothered me was that the A/C did not work well and was hard to figure out how to use.
