"We stayed a few days in a suite. The facility was nice, gaming good, food average at best. Our only real complaint was that they never did anything with our room. We finally had to ask for new towels the last night we were there and the lady at the desk acted as if this was a strange request."

"The breakfast did not look good. Walked out. People were eating so it could just be me. The bananas were brown. There was like two bites of yogurt in the cup. The worst was our room the air conditioner kept me up all night. It kept going on and off and when it went off it made a loud noise like my door slammed. It was a 6 minute cycle that happened over and over. So frustrating! Then I could hear the elevator. This was Room 302. Do you think I can get compensation for my stay??? You really need to check on the air conditioner. Lay down on the bed and close your eyes. It was set on 65. While we were awake and talking, I was like man the air conditioner is loud.
