During peak summer weeks it is typical for our properties to require a 7-night stay, either Friday-Friday or Saturday-Saturday, but if you have unique dates please reach out to our Reservation Specialist. Most of our homes offer a 2-night stay minimum in the off-season.
Guests can bring their own linens or rent from our Linen Service for an extra fee (Bed Sheets, Bath, Beach and Kitchen Towels)

Located in the private Carleton Shores association, this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the perfect Cape Cod retreat for families or groups of up to 7 guests. With central AC throughout, a spacious layout, and a large private yard, this home provides comfort and convenience for both relaxation and outdoor enjoyment.
Step inside to an open living and kitchen area designed for easy living. The cozy living room features comfortable seating and a smart TV, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach. The well-equipped kitchen includes island seating for 6, making meal preparation a breeze and offering an inviting space for casual dining. Just off the kitchen, you'll find a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo for added convenience.

Outside, enjoy the expansive yard with plenty of space for lounging on the grass or dining outdoors on the patio set with seating for 6. There is also a gas grill to fire up your favorite meal. An enclosed outdoor shower with both hot and cold water makes rinsing off after a day at the beach a breeze. The house is equipped with lawn games including cornhole boards and KanJam to keep the whole group entertained. If the weather is not cooperating there are puzzles and board games available inside!
The owners provide 6 beach chairs and a convenient parking pass for 1 car at the private Carleton Shores beach lot, located just 2/10 of a mile from the home. If you prefer to walk, a beach wagon is also provided for easy beach access.

DOG FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog for $25 per night. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 nightly fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.

State and local taxes are charged if applicable.
For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
