「We had a great stay at this condo and thank you to Manuel (our host) for going above and beyond. We locked ourselves out of the condo and Manuel was out of town on vacation himself, but this did not stop him from answering my call very late at night and help us with this issue. Manuel immediately called a good friend of his close by to come out at midnight and get us back into the condo.
