Hotel staff is friendly and "helpful" in assisting us. Biggest downsides was that we moved rooms and forgot a child teddy bear in the old room and realized the evening when we moved into the new room that the bear was missing. Staff looked for it but did not find it. Not sure how its even possible since we only moved rooms and not even change hotels. They said they will look for it but to date still no update. The new room we got was a lot nicer than the one first given to us. Actual light in the room and an actual bathroom. The only thing future visitors should be aware of is that the bed vibrate during the evening while the underground trains move underneath you. We didn't get much sleep, but luckily we were only there for 2 nights.

We stayed in a Superior Queen room. The room is cleverly designed where you basically walk into your bathroom/main entrance. The bedroom has a sliding pocket door to close off the bedroom from the main area/bathroom. Unfortunately if your spouse uses the main area/ bathroom while you try to sleep all the lights are turned on disrupting your sleep.

The hotel was amazing. It's close to the tube station. It was so peaceful. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were allowed to store our luggage before our check in time which made going to London centre at lot easier. It was also only a few minutes walk to the Appollo theatre where we had tickets to see Kevin Bridges. The rooms were very comfortable, quiet and had air conditioning. You also have an option to have a later checkout time for a small fee. I would definitely recommend it. In fact we are trying to plan another London trip already.
