Room was spotless, bed really comfortable and this hotels biggest strong point was the reception staff - especially Zaf who was welcoming, warm and so helpful with everything needed - directed me to local restaurants, booked me a taxi to work and really does understand what good customer service means. The room and ensuite bathroom were good. Everything was clean. There is some traffic noise as the hotel is on a main road. It is in a convenient location for walkable access to the town centre. The breakfast was in room so there was limited choice.

Great little hotel

Receptionist was lovely and friendly, I arrived earlier than check in but it wasn't a problem and I received a free upgrade to my room. Received a discount voucher for the restaurant next door, and if was lovely! Breakfast was delivered to my room in the morning. Great little hotel and I'll definitely book again if I'm in the area
