「ホテル敷地は素晴らしく期待以上でした。宿泊料も安くドアマンの対応もバッチリでした。フロントの人の対応はビジネスライクでした。 部屋は美しく清潔で広かったです。 ただ、食事が…。 はっきり言えるのは、夕食（トレシャムレストラン）は1人2万円以上でしたが、到底、そのレベルの内容とサービスではありませんでした。 ずいぶん前に予約したにもかかわらず、通路の端のような寒いテーブル、考えたくありませんが、私たちがアジア人だからでしょうか？ 甘すぎるデザートが、なぜか2つも続き、配膳も非常に遅いので、4時間もかかりました。そんな内容ではないのに！ もしこのホテルを利用するなら、トレシャムディナーレストランは避けるほうがいいかと思います。」

「The Staff are exceptional, very friendly and helpful, the restaurant food was first class, and portions generous, the breakfast buffet had everything imaginable. The whole design and ambience of the building is modern yet very cosy. Definitely a great find and a hotel and restaurant I will be revisiting 」

「Very comfortable room. The first night a little warm but after turning the heating down better the 2nd. Very good water pressure in the shower and good toiletries (white company) Ate both nights of our stay and the food was very good. Staff where very good through out the hotel but it was a little frustrating when our dessert arrived without any cutlery and it took 5 mins before they noticed. Good location for Chatsworth and other local attractions. Would stay here again.」
