「Wi-Fiが繋がらない」

「空港近くのホテルはどこも高く、だからと言ってゲストハウスはなんだか怖かったので評価がよく安めのトライベッカにした。スタッフは対応も丁寧で部屋も清潔でよかった。一つ残念だったのは夕食がいまいちだったこと。周辺に食べる場所がなかったため仕方なくホテルのルームサービスを利用したが、値段の割においしくなかった。宿泊代に含まれる朝食はおいしかったので、夕食のみ他で利用することをおすすめする。」

「4つ★ではない。 ゴミ箱・ハンドタオルが無い。 シャンプー・コンディショナーのアメニティーが部屋によって違う。 ティッシュ・コップ・シャワーマットなど部屋や日によってまちまち。 毎日ベッドメィキングはない。 よく停電になる。 朝食は粗末だが、シンプルな味付けで悪くない。」

「レイクサイドのいいホテルと思ったが全くでした　レイクではなく池です　それもゴミだらけで臭い ホテルも汚く、従業員も最低です　朝食も食べれたものでは無い 二度と泊まらない」

「They have a beautiful surrounding and ambiance and the pictures compared to the real apartment would say that the place is very beautiful. 」

「Cockroaches. I stayed there two nights, killed about 10 of the little bast**** I complained, they said they would spray, they didn't. Front desk service was, poor, unprofessional, half the time there was no one at the front desk. They encouraged me to never book using Hotels.com again, they wanted cash. Swimming pool was so cloudy I never entered the water. I will never stay here again. Oh and breakfast was two eggs and two fried hot dogs. 」

「This is not a four stars hotel. It should be two or below. No internet working either the room nor Lobby. The water in the Swimming pool is not a healthy condition. I did not even thinking of putting my foot into it. The problem was that I booked six nights and the charges were already made through the credit card, so I was not able to move out of this hotel. I should not trusted the information on the Hotel .com」
