「Writing the review with the understanding this is a budget motel. It had a good customer rating so I thought I'd try it. Location is in a fairly run-down area right off the interstate exit. Lobby is very small, front desk window is thick plexiglass with a tiny hole to stick your card under, like a sketchy convenience store. Doesn't give a great first impression. Room had a damp smell but had been updated recently. The sheets were clean, however there was hair present in the shower and dirt/dust...

「The room was top notch. Staff was superb and very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great a lot to choose from eggs sausages biscuits gravy waffles donuts danish cereal top of the line s are always fresh and hot. Staff even came around and ask if everything was okay! Didn't get to use pool and hot tub this time but looked great! Would highly recommend this hotel for sure!」

「Not up to expectations. Property and surrounding area is unkept. Trash found laying around. Pool area very run down with peeling paint and flat oversized rafts left in the pool. No vent in the bathroom making it difficult to get ready after a shower. Breakfast options were minimal.」

The room smelled like cigarettes and we found a wash cloth stuffed over the smoke detector. The tub in the bathroom had calk missing and what appears to be black mold. 「Evening staff when we went to check in was unhelpful to the process. I booked 2 rooms with 2 queens. They changed one of our rooms to a king and made to call management to fix and change it back, second room information was never updated, told the other party members who arrived hours before myself that their room doesn't exist. Had to spend an hour on the phone trying to fix the problem and $900 extra dollars on booking a new hotel for the rest of out party because they were sold out. Left...
