I really enjoyed our time there

Great hotel

Our room was very nice and clean and comfortable. Free internet speed was fast and worked to play online games. I only give 4.5 because the breakfast could have been better, and our view out our window was a wall.

Great place to stay the night

It was great from check in to check out! Staff was friendly and attentive! Great location from where we needed to be! Locked gates at night gave me price of mind bout my vehicle! Will definitely book again!!

Smart and fresh

This is the first time we have stayed at a Candlewood Suites but it won't be the last. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and the room was so clean and comfortable. We both have bad backs and the bed was amazing. We were shocked by the size of the room, more space then needed. And we loved all the seating ... a sofa, a recliner and seating for two at the table. The ice maker even worked in the refrigerator so no repeated trips to the ice machine. We travel a lot and usually...

Had small problem about having service dog, but was ok. This place was 200% better than my last stay at a Super 8 in AL. And it was a lot cheaper than other place that was a dump.

I used to live in La Porte, worked in La Porte for 42 years, and retired from La Porte PD in 2016. Now I've moved to deep NE Texas, but have to travel back to La Porte for family functions and football games. This property is the best in town. Always clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We will always stay at this property when we are in town. You should too!
