「The house is situated in a quiet, peaceful location with an incredible view. We watched lobster boats come and go and seals fishing in the bay. A fantastic place to spend a few days! The house is small and no-frills, but clean, comfortable and well-maintained. We appreciated how it was far enough from Bar Harbor to avoid the August crowds, but close enough to go there for the day. Check in/out was straightforward, and communication was excellent.」

「We enjoyed a wonderful week of relaxing on the deck overlooking the bay and Cadillac Mountain, kayakingwith porpoises and seals nearby, and taking in the surrounding areas of Mt. Desert Island, Blue Hill, and downtown Ellsworth. The cottage is modern, clean and comfortable affording quiet privacy. Emily is a warm and welcoming host. Highly recommend this property.」

「We stayed for 4 nights with friends and had an amazing time. This place was amazing and very clean. No issues whatsoever with the little construction that was nearby. Everything you will need is provided and all things you want to do is very close. The fire pit was a great Maine experience and communication with the owner is super easy. Definitely will stay again. Sail Acadia is a wonderful sailing experience with a wonderful sailboat named Alice. Biel’s And Thurston’s are both great lobster...

「This property is beautiful! It's surrounded by trees and felt private, even though there are other homes nearby. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The sunroom has been redone since the photos posted. It's a wonderful place to have coffee or an evening glass of wine. My family enjoyed walking down to the water, exploring the beach. We saw jellyfish and hermit crabs. The location was perfect. We were close enough to Acadia and lots of other wonderful towns. We absolutely...

「This cabin was amazing! The location back in the woods up the end of the road was a welcome retreat after days exploring the island and Acadia. The deck was perfect for coffee in the morning or drinks at night. The sunrises were beautiful to watch from our own bedroom. :). Fire pit was so cool to have and the wood provided was perfect . Vicki was a great host and we’d definitely come back for a stay in the future. 」

「Lovely cottage close to Acadia National Park and a short drive to Bar Harbor. The house was clean and perfectly sized for our family of four. It was especially nice having 1.5 bathrooms with two teenagers in the family! We also loved sitting out on the porch as well as having a grill to cook dinner. Would not hesitate to recommend this cottage to family and friends traveling to the area. And we look forward to visiting again ourselves one day!」

「Perfect location! mornings and evenings on the beach searching for sea glass felt like a true piece of heaven!」

「We loved this place, beautiful and peaceful. Clean and comfy! Not too far from Bar Harbor and Acadia Park. Weren’t able to get tickets to Cadillac Mountain for sunrise, but was able to walk right out front for a beautiful sunrise. Had rain one night and we played games. They left us a goody bag. Would definitely stay again.」
