「My husband and I had a room with a private bathroom in a unit outside of the lobby/main building. It was very basic but had enough hot water for morning showers and was quiet. We loved that the back windows looked right it into some bushes, so it was very private :) The staff were some of the most warm and helpful of our trip.」

「Stayed here for one night as part of our Ring Road trip and it was fine for that. Walls were really thin, guests were quiet but could hear water run every time toilet was flushed. Place had a lot of rooms so lots of people coming in and out and moving around and our room was first floor right by the door. Rooms are scarce in the area so its served its purpose but was one of our least liked places we stayed. Probably bottom one or two places out of our 9 day trip.」

「The staff was very helpful with e-mailing me ahead of time so I knew it was a long drive on a gravel road and there was no food available in the area. What I wasn't prepared for was the steep climb up a one lane road and back down. My little rental car did do just fine and then at the end wow what a view! The area was breathtaking. Im so glad I made the drive to experience this magical place.」

「Wonderful cottage located in a beautiful farm property with gorgeous view of the mountain and surroundings. Clean and spacious with all the needed amenities for our 2 nights stay. Very nice hostess and her beautiful Icelandic horses. The stay would have been perfect if the horse riding tour was available during our 2 nights stay. It is 15 minutes to the town center. Should take that into consideration when booking, Knowing all that, we would book the place again.」

「We really enjoyed our stay here during our Ring Road tour. Our room was huge, clean and modern. Staff were friendly, the breakfast was decent. Höfn is a cute little town with a lovely walking trail all along the ocean. The Milk Factory is within a twenty minute walk to restaurants, a grocery store, a great local arts and crafts shop. Not too far from some great sights in southern Iceland (only 25 minutes away from the Vatnajokul snowmobile adventure)!! Highly recommend this hotel!!」
