「We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Pondicherry. We had a very warm welcome on our arrival. Apologies have forgotten the name of the very amicable lady. Dining experience at the Kabab House was wonderful too with some exquisite food servings and great service. 「We stayed here for four days and had an absolutely amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Even though we checked in very late—around 2 AM—the receptionist warmly welcomed us and personally escorted us to our room. All our requests were handled promptly and with care. 「部屋は広く、クーラーも効いて快適でした。毎日水を2本補充してくれます。すぐに回復しましたが、滞在中停電が1回ありました。WIFIは何度アクセスしてもつながらず。必要な方は個人でレンタル品を持って行くのが確実です。HOTELS.COMのサイトで予約したプランでは朝食無料とありましたが、何故か有料だと言われ払わされました。スタッフは総じて親切だったと思います。」

「Generally a great value and a satisfying hotel experience. Only bit of irritation was that I could not get an Uber to come directly to the property for pick up. Instead, I had to walk about 300 m to a pickup location. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel but it was irritating. 」
