「Beautiful Property, Tough August Stay — Saved by Incredible Staff We stayed at La Valise Los Cabos in August — beautiful property, but not the right season or setup for it. Temperatures hit 37°C, and AC was only available at night (apparently due to solar panel capacity limits), leaving daytime genuinely hard to bear. The property also sits in rugged, undeveloped desert with nothing walkable nearby, so you're confined to a small space while dealing with intense heat. Food and drinks were...

「Au calme ! C’etait ce que nous recherchions.」

「This hotel experience was fenomenal! The food was amazing, staff was friendly and accommodating. It was not crowded and every place was very quiet and clean!」

「The room was very clean and kept up daily. Room is older and could use some attention. A few cracked tiles on flooring and updated furniture. Bed was very comfortable (king). No refrigerator but we requested and they brought us one (no charge), which was great. Also, room should have a safe and maybe a microwave to bring room up to date. I cannot say enough about the fabulous staff. From your room to breakfast to the pool and main office: you could not ask for any better people to be there for...

「ブュッフェの他にメキシコ、イタリア、オリエンタル料理店にあり、それぞれが美味しく楽しめました。」

「Great location, great hotel, great staff. We will visit again」

「Misleading because I paid for an ocean front room and none of their properties are actually ocean front so not worth the extra price. Definitely not ada friendly as certain areas only have several flights of stairs you have to take to get to certain areas of the resort. Room service food is not good. Food at UA was good that’s the only restaurant I tried here. And I was told I would receive a birthday dessert and never received it.」

「現地払いで予約し、支払ったが予約時に登録したクレジットカードからも二重に請求された。」

「Great Value! Clean and very quiet with a pool - but no bar or gym or dinner restaurant. My room (411) was spacious and had fridge/micro/stove/AC but no safe. Water pressure is medium but satisfactory and hot, but this is not luxury. Rooms are functional not pretty, so if you want a resort atmosphere don't expect it. Repeat: this is a basic hotel so if you want a really nice resort, keep looking. For a hotel, it is fine and very comfortable. Bed was excellent. Sheets/towels/room/hallway...

「Easily accessible to the event that we attended. Ran out of water for bathing, etc. on one of the mornings of our stay which was replenished after a few hours,」
